TCHAD – PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION : CHADIANS IN CAMEROON ENGAGE IN THE VOTING PROCESS

Chadian nationals residing in Douala, Cameroon, actively participated in the presidential election in Chad, demonstrating a strong commitment to their civic duty and democratic rights. 

The voting process, which commenced on Sunday, May 5, and continued on May 6, 2024, at the Chadian consulate grounds, saw a significant turnout of registered voters keen on shaping the future of their nation.

With a focus on ensuring a smooth and transparent electoral process, three polling stations were strategically set up to accommodate voters in optimal conditions. This meticulous planning aimed to facilitate a seamless voting experience for Chadian citizens residing in Cameroon, allowing them to exercise their franchise effectively.

Encouraged to play an active role in the electoral process, Chadian citizens in Cameroon embraced the opportunity to fully exercise their democratic rights and contribute to the democratic fabric of their homeland.
